2. Use GOING TO to talk about definite plans in the future

2. Use HAVE TO with the infinitive form of a verb

be + going to expresses intentions and resolutions.
be + going to is followed by the present form of a verb (learn, stop, get, eat, walk)
a resolution is a very strong intention
