BOOK 1, UNIT 6, LESSON 2
TITLE: BIGGER AND BETTER

OPPOSITES!!
Good-Bad
Heavy-Light
Slow-Fast
Big-Small
Ugly-Pretty
Cheap-Expensive

a mouse is SMALLER than an elephant

SMALL - SMALLER
LONG - LONGER
LIGHT - LIGHTER

esa ER solo quiere decir MAS

INTERESTING - MORE INTERESTING
FAMOUS - MORE FAMOUS
EXPENSIVE - MORE EXPENSIVE

X is PRETTIER THAN Y

Will smith is more handsome THAN Brat Pitt (Will Smith es mas guapo QUE Brat Pitt

BIG - BIGGER

Otra excepcion es GOOD, porque algo "MAS BUENO" es simplemente "MEJOR" (NO MAS BUENO!!! OK?)

GOOD - BETTER

Telcel is BETTER THAN Movistar

BAD - WORSE

BUT= PERO

I LIKE GRAPES, BUT STRAWBERRIES ARE BETTER THAN GRAPES!!

______________________________________

BOOK 1, UNIT 6, LESSON 3
TITLE: THE BEST PETS

Recuerda los comparativos son IS PRETTIER THAN (ES MAS BONITA QUE...)

Los superlatives no tienen comparacion!!!
son LOS MAS GRANDES, BONITOS, ALTOS.

COMPARETIVE!!! = JOE IS TALLER THAN AL
SUPERLARIVE!!! ED IS THE TALLEST OF THE THREE

TALLEST quiere decir EL MAS ALTO...

CUAL ES LA MONTAÑA MAS ALTA EN EL MUNDO? EL MONTE EVEREST...

MOUNT EVEREST IS THE TALLEST MOUNTAIN IN THE WORLD

TALL-ALTO
TALLER- MAS ALTO
THE TALLEST- EL MAS ALTO

LONG- LONGER- THE LONGEST
CHEAP - CHEAPER - THE CHEAPEST
UGLY - UGLIER - THE UGLIEST

Y si es un adjetivo largo, recuerdas que cuando comparas utilizas  MORE enfrente de la palabra?? aqui vas a utlizar MOST (Y CLARO TAMBIEN THE)

INTERESTING - MORE INTERESTING - THE MOST INTERESTING
